The 10 day Capital Fair features Eastern Ontario’s LARGEST midway, the National Capital Highland Games, Agricultural Discovery Center, fair food and itinerate vendors, dog shows, lots of live entertainment, a demo derby, live horse racing, the Kids BIG Tent, , exotic and domestic animal shows and displays, the Rise to Fame Talent Search, the petting zoo and pony rides, Birds of Prey show and much, much, more! Variety of entertainment on our outdoor stage for all ages all weekend. Agricultural & HomeCraft Exhibits, School Fair Exhibits, Baby Show, Youth Horse Show, Draft Horse and Mini Horse Shows, Beef Show, Youth Poultry and Rabbit Show, Pet Shows, Talent Show and Old McDonald’s Farm. Also Children’s Village with bales of straw, inflatables, face painting and crafts.

Midway, Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull, Homecrafts, 4-H Dairy Show, Pancake Breakfast, Livestock Demos, Demolition Derby. Midway open Thursday Toonie night -6pm to 10pm.

Update Just wanted to let you know the directors voted on cancelling our August 12 th Agricultural Experiences day. With us having to relocate it was all a bit overwhelming to say the least. We are continuing on with the Rabbit and Cavy show that day and of course our event with Lang Pioneer Village. More information to follow. The Peterborough Agricultural Society, will be offering several livestock shows and homecraft events through the year. Out of the gate first is a Tack Exchange being hosted at Kawartha Downs Raceway on April 3rd. June we are hosting our Poultry and Rabbit and Cavy show along with a sale. The Peterborough Agricultural Society and local horse club will be hosting a horse show in Bethany! In August our homecraft committee will take center stage. Also in August we will be welcoming back the Ernst Boyles Market Steer and Lamb Show and Sale!

We are looking forward to you joining us once again for the Campbellford Fair! There is always lots to see and do.
